Terms of Sale and License

The commercial and license conditions governing purchase and use of the operator brief.

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 23, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Sale and License (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to Solana Execution Latency Intelligence (the “Brief”), the protected reader at solanalatency.com, and related purchaser features (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by the operator of Solana Execution Latency Intelligence (“Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting an order, completing payment, requesting purchaser access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Service.

If you purchase for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. “You” then includes both you and that organization.

2. The product

The Brief is a paid digital infrastructure-engineering publication delivered through a protected web reader. It contains historical observations, measurement frameworks, route and connection analyses, execution-state concepts, and an operational deployment runbook.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • the purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription;
  • the purchase entitlement does not expire while the Service remains offered and your license remains in good standing;
  • the Brief is provided in the edition available at the time of purchase;
  • future editions, updates, consulting, live telemetry, source data, software, or individualized analysis are not included; and
  • we have no obligation to update the Brief or preserve any particular feature, format, page count, or delivery method indefinitely.

3. Eligibility and account authority

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may purchase only with that consent. You must provide accurate payment and purchaser information and use an email address that you control.

You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized browser session and for keeping access emails, verification codes, links, devices, and credentials secure.

4. Price, payment, and taxes

The listed price is US$249 for one digital license, unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Applicable taxes, currency-conversion charges, card-issuer charges, and other third-party fees may be shown or imposed at checkout or by your provider. You authorize the total amount shown in the final checkout step. Your order is complete only after payment has been successfully verified.

We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before delivery. If payment was collected for an order we cannot accept, we will cancel the order and return the collected amount to the original payment method.

5. Digital delivery and access

After verified payment, we create a purchaser entitlement associated with the checkout email. Access may be issued immediately in the successful checkout browser or recovered through a secure email link or device-transfer code.

Security controls may include:

  • short-lived, single-use links or codes;
  • request and verification rate limits;
  • browser cookies required to maintain an authorized session;
  • one active purchaser session at a time;
  • automatic expiration or revocation of older sessions; and
  • a buyer-specific license identifier embedded in rendered pages.

An authorized device may remain signed in for up to 30 days. Re-verification may be required sooner after logout, cookie deletion, browser privacy changes, session revocation, suspected misuse, or a security event. Access-code requests are limited to protect the license; the current interface states the applicable limit before or after a request.

Delivery delays may occasionally result from payment verification, email delivery, network availability, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions. If verified payment has been collected but access is not delivered, contact support@solanalatency.com with the checkout email and payment receipt. Never send full card details.

6. License grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable price, we grant the purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Brief for the purchaser’s own personal or internal business research.

This is a license to use the content, not a sale or transfer of copyright, source materials, measurement systems, trademarks, or other intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. License restrictions

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  • share, sell, sublicense, rent, assign, transfer, or publicly distribute access;
  • forward access emails, verification codes, or authenticated links to another person;
  • publish, upload, transmit, mirror, or redistribute the Brief or a substantial part of it;
  • reproduce pages through screenshots, screen recording, scraping, automated extraction, OCR, or similar means for redistribution;
  • remove, obscure, alter, or defeat a license identifier, watermark, access control, or attribution;
  • use the Brief to create or sell a substitute publication, dataset, benchmark product, training corpus, or derivative commercial intelligence product;
  • use bots or automated systems to access the reader except with our written permission;
  • probe, bypass, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or another purchaser’s data; or
  • use the Service in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

You may quote a limited excerpt for genuine commentary or citation where permitted by law, provided the use is not a substitute for the Brief, preserves context, and clearly credits Solana Execution Latency Intelligence with a link to solanalatency.com. This permission does not authorize publication of full pages, tables, diagrams, or a sequence of excerpts that reconstructs the Brief.

8. Buyer-specific marking and misuse prevention

Rendered pages may contain a unique, buyer-specific license identifier and visible or forensic markings. These controls protect the work, trace unauthorized redistribution, and enforce purchaser access. They are not intended to expose your email or payment details publicly.

We may investigate credible evidence of unauthorized sharing. We may temporarily suspend access while investigating and may revoke the license for a material or repeated breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to explain unless doing so would undermine security, violate law, or expose another person to risk.

9. Research scope and measurement limitations

The Brief reports technical research derived from historical observations. Network and execution behavior can change without notice. Results may depend on time, region, autonomous system, provider, host class, congestion, DNS resolution, TLS state, connection reuse, endpoint behavior, validator conditions, software configuration, and measurement methodology.

Measurements and examples are not promises that you will observe the same values. A geographic cloud label does not prove network topology. A public probe does not establish dedicated-host performance. Transport latency does not by itself determine transaction inclusion. An acknowledgment of receipt does not guarantee block inclusion, ordering, confirmation, profitability, or any particular slot outcome.

You are responsible for validating all conclusions in your own environment before making a deployment, trading, infrastructure, security, or financial decision.

10. No advice, alpha, or guarantee

The Service provides general technical research only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, security, or individualized engineering advice. It does not provide trade signals, private order flow, inside information, or guaranteed “alpha.”

We do not guarantee:

  • profit, revenue, savings, or return on investment;
  • same-slot, first-block, priority, or successful transaction inclusion;
  • any latency, uptime, throughput, ranking, or execution result;
  • compatibility with your systems, providers, strategy, jurisdiction, or risk tolerance;
  • the continued availability or behavior of any third-party endpoint or service; or
  • that the Brief is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You retain full responsibility for your code, credentials, capital, infrastructure, transactions, compliance, and operational decisions.

11. Third-party names and services

The Service may discuss or interoperate with third-party networks, protocols, providers, exchanges, infrastructure companies, or products. References are descriptive and do not imply partnership, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.

Solana, Jito, AWS, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, FiberState, and all other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, fail, restrict access, or discontinue functionality without notice. We are not responsible for a third party’s service, content, security, pricing, or availability.

12. Notes and purchaser content

The reader may allow you to save private notes. You retain ownership of text you submit. You grant us the limited right to host, process, back up, and display those notes solely to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service.

Do not enter wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, full card details, regulated personal data, confidential client information, or unlawful content into notes. We are not a secure vault or records-management service. You are responsible for keeping an independent copy of any note you cannot afford to lose.

13. Availability, maintenance, and changes

We may maintain, repair, secure, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may change the delivery method where necessary to preserve security or operability, provided we do not intentionally eliminate a purchaser’s core paid access without a lawful basis or an appropriate remedy.

The internet and third-party infrastructure are not error-free. Temporary interruption does not by itself entitle you to a refund, but we will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore access for verified purchasers.

14. Refunds, disputes, and revocation

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. Because this is immediately delivered digital content, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after access has been issued, except where required by law.

If an order is refunded, reversed, charged back, found fraudulent, or subject to a payment dispute, the related entitlement and active sessions may be suspended or revoked. A dispute-based suspension may remain in effect while the payment provider reviews the claim.

15. Intellectual property

The Service and its content—including text, design, diagrams, tables, measurement structure, branding, reader interface, and compilation—are owned by or licensed to the Seller and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

“Solana Execution Latency Intelligence,” its visual identity, and associated product elements may not be used in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or authorship without written permission.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and results arising from use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller and its contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss; loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, capital, transactions, or business interruption; or loss arising from third-party systems, network conditions, code, trading activity, infrastructure decisions, or unauthorized account use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the Brief or Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

18. Indemnity for prohibited conduct

To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Service, unauthorized redistribution of the Brief, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of Sections 6–8. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own negligence or unlawful conduct.

19. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, a payment reversal, security risk, unlawful activity, unauthorized distribution, or a material breach of these Terms.

Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. The revised version will display a new effective date. Material changes affecting existing purchasers will be communicated through the Service or purchaser email where reasonably practicable.

Changes do not retroactively reduce rights already vested under mandatory law. Continued use after the effective date of an applicable update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

22. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your license without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a legitimate business transfer, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Commercial Disclosure, and the final checkout details form the entire agreement concerning the purchase and replace prior representations about it.
