Refund Policy

Digital product and immediate delivery

Solana Execution Latency Intelligence is immediately delivered digital content. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there is no recurring cancellation requirement.

By completing checkout and requesting or receiving access, you ask us to begin digital delivery immediately. Where applicable law recognizes a withdrawal or cooling-off right for digital content, you acknowledge that immediate performance may affect that right—but only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

When a refund may be available

We will provide a refund where required by applicable law. We will also review a timely request involving:

• a duplicate charge for the same purchaser and product;

• a payment we can verify was unauthorized;

• verified payment where access was never delivered and we could not restore it after reasonable troubleshooting; or

• a material difference between the delivered product and the product description that we cannot reasonably correct.

For a delivery or technical issue, contact support@solanalatency.com within seven days of purchase where reasonably possible. Include the checkout email, payment date, and a description or screenshot of the issue. Do not send full card details.

Generally non-refundable circumstances

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, we do not offer refunds because:

• you changed your mind after digital access was issued;

• you did not read the product description, technical requirements, or disclaimers;

• you expected trading signals, private alpha, consulting, software, live telemetry, or guaranteed outcomes not offered in the description;

• the research did not produce profit, latency improvement, transaction inclusion, or a preferred operational result;

• third-party networks, endpoints, providers, fees, market conditions, or infrastructure changed;

• the Brief is incompatible with an undisclosed or unsupported workflow;

• you no longer wish to use the product; or

• access was suspended or revoked because of fraud, chargeback, unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or another material breach of the Terms.

Refund method and access revocation

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, the card network, and your financial institution. We do not control when the credit appears after issuance.

A full refund, payment reversal, or successful dispute terminates the associated license. Purchaser entitlements, active reader sessions, and access recovery may be revoked.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If this Policy conflicts with mandatory law, mandatory law controls.
