Privacy Policy
How purchaser, payment, access, security, and support information is handled.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Solana Execution Latency Intelligence (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit solanalatency.com, purchase the Brief, use purchaser access, save notes, or contact support.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Purchase information: purchaser email, Stripe customer, checkout-session and payment-intent identifiers, product and price identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, refund or dispute status, and transaction timestamps.
- Access information: purchaser entitlement, buyer-specific license identifier, hashed session tokens, hashed recovery tokens or code challenges, issue and expiry times, session status, and security events.
- Technical information: IP address or a privacy-preserving derivative, browser and device information, request metadata, timestamps, referring page, error logs, rate-limit records, and security signals.
- Purchaser content: private notes you choose to save in the reader.
- Communications: messages, support requests, and information you provide when contacting us.
Stripe processes your full card details. We do not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.
3. Why we use information
We use personal information to:
- process and verify purchases;
- create, deliver, recover, and maintain purchaser access;
- generate buyer-specific license markings;
- save and retrieve purchaser notes;
- prevent fraud, credential sharing, abuse, and unauthorized redistribution;
- apply rate limits and investigate security incidents;
- provide support and service notices;
- maintain, debug, and improve reliability;
- keep financial, tax, and legal records; and
- comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, protecting legitimate interests in security and service operation, and consent where law requires it.
4. Essential cookies
The Service uses essential cookies to complete checkout claims, maintain an authorized reader session, and protect the Service. These cookies are necessary for requested functionality and are not used for behavioral advertising.
The current Service does not intentionally use third-party advertising cookies. On the public landing page, we use PostHog in cookieless mode to count pageviews and checkout starts. PostHog uses request metadata, including IP address and browser user agent, to calculate a rotating daily visitor hash. We do not enable session replay, form-input capture, or persistent browser identifiers for this analytics. A previously saved Decline choice remains respected on that browser. We do not intentionally send payment details, access codes, private notes, or paid Brief content to PostHog.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, complete transactions, protect rights, or comply with law. Providers may include:
- Stripe — payment processing, fraud prevention, refunds, and disputes;
- Supabase — database, purchaser entitlement, session, and note storage;
- Resend — transactional purchaser-access email delivery;
- Vercel — hosting, deployment, request handling, and operational logs;
- PostHog — cookieless landing-page audience measurement; and
- professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose private notes to other purchasers.
6. International processing
We and our providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including contractual access, security, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal requirements.
Short-lived access links and codes expire automatically. Related security records may be retained longer where needed to prevent abuse or establish transaction history. Purchase and entitlement records may be retained for the duration of the entitlement and any legally required recordkeeping period. Notes may be retained while the associated entitlement remains available or until they are deleted in accordance with available controls or a valid request.
When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to backups and legal obligations.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including restricted service credentials, server-side entitlement checks, hashed access secrets, short-lived codes, secure cookies, rate limits, and buyer-specific markings.
No online system is completely secure. You must protect your email account, devices, codes, and authenticated sessions and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about disclosures. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
To make a request, contact support@solanalatency.com. We may verify your identity and purchaser relationship before responding. Some information may be retained where required for transactions, fraud prevention, legal claims, or compliance.
You may clear essential cookies through your browser, but doing so will sign you out and require purchaser re-verification.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children who cannot lawfully enter a purchase contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without valid authorization.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
